Floreffe (French pronunciation: [flɔ.ʁɛf]; Walloon: Florefe) is a Walloon municipality in Namur Province, Belgium. On 1 January 2012 the municipality had 7,883 inhabitants. The total area is 38.89 km², giving a population density of 203 inhabitants per km².
The area of the original municipality was closely based around the town of Floreffe, until it was expanded during the post-1974 fusion of the Belgian municipalities, adding the ancienne communes (now villages) of Floriffoux, Franière, and Soye. At that same time, the newly expanded (thus newly adjoining) municipality of Profondeville was given Lakisse, an area in the southeast of the original Floreffe.
